Whether you’re learning the basics, setting up an email, fixing a problem or getting online for the first time, we’ll guide you at your own pace. It’s an easy-going session where you can learn new skills, solve tech troubles and feel more confident using your devices.

Drop in for practical help with energy bills, meter readings and saving money on your household costs. Our team can explain things clearly and help you find ways to keep your home warm and comfortable. Funded by Northern Gas Networks.

If you’re looking for work or planning your next step, our Work Club is here to help. You can get support with CVs, job applications and online job searches, along with tips for interviews and building confidence. It’s a friendly space to get practical help, learn new skills and take positive steps toward your work goals.
