Family Focus
Family Focus is a friendly drop-in where parents and carers can enjoy some company and a listening ear. You can relax with a cuppa, chat with others and talk to our team if you’d like support or information about local services. Children are always welcome, with toys and activities to keep them happy while you take a little time for yourself. Delivered in partnership with The Junction.
Yoga Group
Gentle movement, deep breathing and calm stretches to help you unwind and look after your body and mind. Each session is relaxed and supportive, giving you space to slow down, release tension and focus on your wellbeing. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Bingo
A fun, friendly session full of laughter and community spirit. Come along for a game or two, enjoy the company and maybe even win a little prize.
Warm Space
Enjoy free soup, hot drinks and cake in a cosy, friendly setting. It’s the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends or make new ones while keeping warm and comfortable. Everyone is welcome to drop in, share a chat and enjoy a warm welcome.
